Our services include counseling our clients about confidentiality and privacy issues associated with Internet, network and email use. One of our lawyers has written an article entitled, Making A Wrong Turn On The Information Superhighway: Electronic Mail, The AttorneyClient Privilege and Inadvertent Disclosure, on confidentiality, email and the attorney client privilege. In addition, we develop workplace policies to insure that hardware and software is not inadvertently misused.
