As a member of various transportation industry organizations, including ALFA International and its Transportation Practice Group, our attorneys are available 24/7 to provide rapid response and on-site assistance to the transportation industry in the event of an accident or other event requiring the assistance of civil and criminal counsel and/or accident reconstruction experts.  We regularly assist in accident reconstructions and investigations, coordinate electronic data downloads, ensure FMCSR compliance, and ensure that all investigations are protected by the attorney-client privilege from the outset. We work closely with clients and provide experienced litigators when disputes arise from accident or other loss, damage, or delay of shipments.

Our attorneys represent carriers in mergers and acquisitions and work with our clients in the negotiation and development of transportation arrangements which enable our clients to provide and obtain efficient and economical transportation services.
